Drag to zoom · Shift+drag / navigator to pan · Scroll to zoom · Tap a bar to open project
Psikotes
Online exam with InsightFace enrollment/verify and YOLO proctoring for person-count monitoring.
Dashboard Seasoning 2
Seasoning 2 yield used to live in the counter database. The floor now has one board: PCS for the running shift, OFF minutes on the machines that stopped, and a Pareto when you want the pattern.
Dashboard Catalog
Analysts used to pass Metabase links around in chat. The catalog is the plant map for Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse, with a vault for the hosts and credentials behind them.
Help Dev Kanban
ITE work used to be split across tickets and chat. The board puts TBD, Running, and Done on one wall, with drag-assign, a group chat, and a TV that does not ask anyone to log in.
QCC Pool
Auditorium quizzes used to live on paper. QCC Pool runs the event, the booths, and a random question per tap, then the leaderboard updates as people answer.
Form Seasoning 2
Seasoning 2 used to log mixer, dicer, garnish, hygiene, magnet, and sieving checks on paper. Operators now fill the official sheet, and the PDF still carries the document number.
Metal Detector Proses
Seasoning 2 used to log metal-detector checks on paper. Operators now record Fe, Non-Fe, and SUS for four variants, the shift stops them at three checks, and QA exports an Excel file that still looks like the form.
Car Pool
Booking an official car used to be a paper form. The requester picks the schedule, the unit, and the driver, then Dept Head and GA sign it in MyPAS.
Smart Lab
Lab QA used to juggle analysis requests, daily work, and vendor samples across sheets and chat. Smart Lab keeps Permintaan Analisis, Daily Activity, and Lab Eksternal in one place.
TMS — Transportation Management
Internal transport used to live in separate channels. SAP staging, the pengawas request, the driver scan for muat and bongkar, and the live map now follow one trip.
E-Cafe Invoice
E-cafe invoices used to move through paper and email. Foreman GA through Factory Manager now sign in order, each hop sends mail, and the PDF can be exported again later.
Stock Opname GA
Pantry and catering stock used to lag behind the spreadsheet. Opname, incoming, and outgoing now feed one balance, and the lobby TV updates over a websocket.
SCADA to Tablet
Floor events used to stay on the HMI. A MySQL trigger now queues them to WhatsApp through Fonnte, while the tablet and the websocket board show the downtime.
Logbook Magang
Interns used to log the day in one place and attendance in another. The logbook joins both, then SPV and Manager approve the same record.
Digitalisasi P2H
Daily P2H checks used to stay on paper, and a damaged item often never became a ticket. The operator scans the MHE, fills today's checklist, and a failure opens a PAS Downtime ticket.
PAS AI Chatbot
People kept asking the same operational questions in chat. The portal assistant answers from Qdrant context, with Gemini, and can run a guarded SQL query when that is allowed.
KAPAS
Contribution, the mix of systems, and the docs used to live in different tools. KAPAS puts the GitHub charts, the system map, and the documentation next to each other.
TimbanginIN
Operators used to read the scale and type the weight. A Node.js Modbus loop now writes the change to the database, then acks and resets the PLC coil.
KMS Form
Compliance quizzes used to mean a shared sheet and a manual score. The form checks the NIK, stores the answer in Firestore, and grades itself.
Command Center CCTV
Security needed many cameras at once, with each department seeing only its own. The wall is a WebRTC grid behind JWT and a camera ACL, and playback keeps seek and speed.

Project Description
Departments send analysis requests, the lab records the day's samples, and an external sample is received in two phases: approve with the pre-label photos, then upload the label photo. Purchasing still walks GAWI, PR, and IM-GR.
Key Features
- 3 lanes: PA, Daily Activity, Lab Eksternal
- Status-driven receive / approve chain
- FilePond photo evidence uploads
- GAWI → PR → PO → IM/GR workflow
- Reject loop back to user edit
- Role-gated actor stages
The Story
Handoffs between departments were easy to miss, especially when an external lab also needed purchasing and a photo of the label before anyone trusted the sample.
My Approach
I modeled three lanes in MyPAS: PA, Daily Activity, and Lab Eksternal. Status drives receive and approve. External samples take the photo before the label, then the label photo after. FilePond holds the evidence, and the role check keeps each person in their own stage.

Project Description
A trip moves through draft, request, on_proses, otw_pengambilan, tiba_pengambilan, muat, otw_pengiriman, tiba_pengiriman, bongkar, pulang, and selesai. Produksi, Admin WSM, Staging, Pengawas, Driver, and the map operators each have a step. A reject stays a request. Tunda, tolak, and more than one destination are real branches, not side notes.
Key Features
- SAP Excel + picking WSM + staging gate
- 12 palet cap, SJ to DO race-accept
- QR dual-party muat/bongkar
- Leaflet + WebSocket maps
- Confirm/komplain kedatangan
- Reject, tunda, and multi-tujuan
The Story
SAP documents, staging, the pengawas request, and the driver's muat and bongkar lived in different places. Delays, rejects, and the question of where the truck was ate the shift for Produksi, WSM, and logistics.
My Approach
Material has to clear SAP Excel, WSM picking, and an active staging document before a pengawas draft, capped at 12 palet, can become a request. Race-accept turns the SJ into a DO. QR for muat and bongkar can be the pengawas or the gedung. Leaflet and a WebSocket follow the trip, then Produksi confirms arrival or files a complaint for WSM.

Key Features
- Sequential 5-level approval per section
- Email notify on each approval hop
- PDF invoice export
- Makan & Frozen + Scan Produk sections
- FilePond lampiran uploads
The Story
Makan, Frozen, and Scan Produk needed a formal sign-off. On paper and email it was unclear who still owed a signature, and hard to export a clean invoice again later.
My Approach
I implemented the five signatures in sequence, with an email at each hop and a PDF at the end, so Finance and HR can read the trail without leaving MyPAS.

Key Features
- Websocket realtime stock board
- TV / lobby display mode
- Mutasi in/out + catering balance
- Separated from FAC stock opname
The Story
Pantry and catering moved all shift through mutasi in and out, while the lobby TV still showed a spreadsheet from earlier. The number on the wall was often already wrong.
My Approach
I kept GA stock apart from FAC stock. Baseline, mutasi, and catering feed one balance, and that balance is pushed to the TV board over a websocket, so the lobby does not depend on a refresh.

Key Features
- MySQL trigger → alert pipeline
- Fonnte WhatsApp notifications
- Websocket live floor display
- Tablet downtime handling
The Story
The event mattered, and people still missed it when they were away from the HMI. The floor needed a phone alert and a board someone actually looks at.
My Approach
MySQL triggers enqueue the event, a Laravel worker sends the Fonnte WhatsApp, and the tablet plus the websocket board show the downtime. The same signal reaches the phone and the floor display.

Project Description
It carries the attendance volume, the shift rules, and a heatmap of the days they showed up. Approval stays two levels. Someone who joins on 5 Jul or finishes on 16 Agu has the export and the uang-saku days clipped to the overlap, for both Magang and PKL.
Key Features
- Merges activities with t_absensi taps
- Shift rules, heatmap, FullCalendar
- SPV paraf then Manager TTD
- Clip join/end vs periode 21-20
- Claim uang saku Magang vs PKL tariffs
- Export: clipped periode + jumlah hari
The Story
Supervisors were matching a written day against millions of taps in t_absensi. That matching was slow, and easy to argue about when SPV or Manager reviewed it.
My Approach
I joined the log with the attendance rules and the shift. The calendar and the heatmap show the days. SPV approves, then Manager. If someone joins or finishes mid-cycle, the export and the uang-saku claim use the overlapped window, from the first join day through the last log, so the period and the day count match for Magang and PKL.

- Damage → auto PAS Downtime ticket
- DomPDF export
- Digital monitoring dashboard
The Story
A damaged finding on paper often never became a maintenance ticket, so the foreman lost the link between the checklist and the downtime work.
My Approach
Scanning an MHE opens today's form. A damaged item opens a PAS Downtime ticket on its own. Foreman and Supervisor approve, and the PDF is there for the audit.

Key Features
- Qdrant vector retrieval
- Gemini grounded answers
- Guarded SQL tool calls
- In-portal FAB chat widget
- Usage KPIs in KAPAS
The Story
The questions were repetitive, and a generic chatbot with raw database access was not a safe answer.
My Approach
I built the assistant into the portal. Qdrant supplies the context, Gemini writes the answer, and SQL runs only where it is allowed. Feedback and usage go to KAPAS, so we can see what people actually ask.

- Top systems distribution
- Chatbot usage KPIs
- IndexedDB client cache
The Story
GitHub activity and portal usage lived in separate tools. Leadership had no one page for contribution, which systems dominate, and whether the chatbot was healthy.
My Approach
I built KAPAS as the admin layer. GitHub feeds the contribution charts, ApexCharts draws activity and the top systems, chatbot KPIs sit beside them, and the docs stay on the same shelf as the numbers.

Key Features
- Modbus TCP scale ingestion
- Node.js realtime daemon
- PLC handshake weighing
- MySQL write on weight change
The Story
Someone had to watch the scale and type the number. A missed change, or a handshake the PLC did not accept, meant rework and a record the line did not trust.
My Approach
I ran a Node.js Modbus TCP daemon that watches the scale registers, writes to MySQL when the weight actually changes, then acks and resets the PLC coil. Laravel only reads events that came from the machine.

Key Features
- React form / quiz builder
- Firebase + Firestore
- Public fill without login
- NIK employee validation
- Cloud Functions + CSV export
The Story
Getting a quiz to everyone, checking that the NIK was real, grading it, and exporting the result usually meant a shared sheet and a score someone typed by hand.
My Approach
I shipped a React and Firebase builder. Quiz mode, public fill, NIK checked against Google Sheets, answers in Firestore, Cloud Functions for the grade, and a CSV for the compliance admin.

Key Features
- MediaMTX WebRTC live grid
- JavaFX desktop client
- JWT + camera ACL by department
- SD/HD stream + playback seek
The Story
A consumer NVR was awkward once you needed a department ACL, a dense live grid, and a fast seek across recordings.
My Approach
I built it with JWT and a camera ACL, MediaMTX for the WebRTC grid in SD or HD, and playback with seek and speed. Web and JavaFX desktop share that model, so the wall and the desk feel like the same tool.

The Story
The numbers were already in the control-line database. What the shift did not have was one board that said which equipment was running, how many pieces it had counted, and which lines were off.
My Approach
I built /seas2/dashboard-yield on the MyPAS login. The shift resolver picks the window, a service joins PCS counters with the machine-to-line map and OFF minutes, and the Blade board draws the line cards plus an ApexCharts Pareto. The slot cache lets the TV refresh without a new query on every paint.
Dashboard Catalog
Find the Metabase dashboard by plant and section. The people who maintain it keep the matrix, the embeds, and the source credentials in the same place.

Flowchart
Project Description
Viewers browse Production, Quality Control, and Warehouse across plants and open a signed embed. Editors with dashboard_catalog_da manage groups, items, KPIs, and the IP Address tab: hosts, tables, sheets, and encrypted database credentials.
Key Features
- Matrix: Production, QC, Warehouse x plant
- Signed Metabase iframe
- Groups, items, and KPI fields
- Encrypted credentials with reveal and peek
- Source hosts, tables, and sheets
- Separate viewer and editor permissions
The Story
Metabase links lived in chat. There was no map of which dashboard belonged to which plant, and the source hosts and passwords sat outside the portal.
My Approach
I built /data-analyst/dashboard-catalog as a Laravel matrix. A cell stores the Metabase URL and opens it in an iframe, signed when the embed secret is set. Editor actions stay behind dashboard_catalog_da. Passwords are encrypted, and a short reveal is the only time they show.

Help Dev Kanban
The ITE board for Development and Operasional. Projects and the day's tasks sit together, with a group chat and a TV mode for the team wall.

Project card
Flowchart
Project Description
Projects sit in TBD, Running, or Done, for Development or Operasional. A project manager creates the card, and members drag tasks onto people. Group chat, attachments, and presence move over a WebSocket. A login-free TV shows the same board on the wall. Assigning a task can notify the assignee on WhatsApp.
Key Features
- Columns: TBD, Running, Done
- Development and Operasional boards
- Drag-drop assign, more than one PIC
- Group chat over WebSocket
- FilePond attachments
- TV mode and WhatsApp assignment notice
The Story
The team could not see, on one wall, what was still TBD, who held today's tasks, or what had just moved to done.
My Approach
I built /help-dev/kanban on the Help Dev roles. The page forces HTTP so the existing ws:// server can connect. Projects and tasks update as they change, FilePond stores attachments, and the TV route serves the board without a login. Assigning a task can send a WhatsApp notice.
QCC Pool

Leaderboard
Flowchart
Project Description
Admin sets the event, the booths, and the questions. On the floor a participant opens /qcc-pool, picks a booth, taps in, and gets one random question. Answers land on the event leaderboard.
Key Features
- Events, booths, and question bank
- One random question per booth tap
- Public kiosk and leaderboard
- Admin answers and scoreboard
The Story
QCC booth quizzes in the auditorium were still paper and a whiteboard. Nobody had a live board of who had tapped which booth, or a question that did not get reused on the next person.
My Approach
I built /qcc-pool in MyPAS. Admin owns the event, booth, and question tables. The kiosk taps a participant, draws one random question, stores the answer, and the leaderboard reads the same scores the room is looking at.

Process parameters
Flowchart
Project Description
Operators fill one official form per process: mixer tepung, dicer bawang, garnish, worker hygiene, magnetic trap, flour sieving, garnish sieving, and garnish process parameters. Supervisors review the list and export a PDF that keeps the original document number. A one-shift mixer page stays a trial with sample rows.
Key Features
- Eight official sheets, plus a mixer trial
- Auto production date and shift
- Save, list, and PDF with the form header
- Garnish master data and report chart
- Magnetic trap: 10,000 gauss and OPRP sheet
- Mixer one-shift trial with sample rows
The Story
Each paper sheet had its own document number, shift rules, and approval names. There was no shared list, and no PDF that still looked like the form.
My Approach
I built them as one Laravel family under /seas2/produksi. Each form keeps its official sheet, fills the production date and shift, saves in a transaction, and exports PDF under the portal login. Garnish adds master data and a chart. The one-shift mixer page stays a trial with sample rows.
Metal Detector Proses
Operators record the test-piece result per line and shift. Supervisors filter the list, and the Excel export still follows the form.

Shift check
Filtered report
Flowchart
Project Description
Each check covers four variants, Bagor, Koya, Kremes, and SO4, with Fe 0.7, Non-Fe 1.0, and SUS 1.5. The shift stops a line at three checks. Supervisors then filter the report and export an Excel file that still matches the form headers.
Key Features
- Auto shift + sequential pengecekan_ke
- Max 3 checks per line per shift (DB lock)
- 4 unique variants × Fe / Non-Fe / SUS
- Normalized checks + items schema
- DataTables filters: date, shift, variant, line
- Excel export matching form headers
The Story
Sensitivity checks were still paper or a note in someone's pocket. The three-check quota was informal, and QA had no quick way to filter by line, variant, or shift.
My Approach
I built /cek-md-proses on the portal login. The form picks the shift, numbers the checks, and refuses a fourth save for the same line. Variants, checks, and items sit in three tables, and the DataTables report exports the filtered rows to Excel.

Flowchart
Project Description
The paper Request Pemakaian Kendaraan Dinas is now a MyPAS form. The requester picks the schedule, the vehicle, and the driver. The system issues a document number, finds the approvers, and follows the request from Diketahui to Diterima with digital signatures.
Key Features
- 2-step approval: Diketahui → Diterima
- Digital signature from Master TTD
- Auto-resolve Dept Head + GA approver
- Doc no CPP/… + public detail code
- SIM photo upload (FilePond) for Other driver
- Master vehicles + status chart + home notif
The Story
It was hard to see who still owed Diketahui or Diterima, which car was actually free, and who had signed when two schedules collided.
My Approach
I built it inside the existing MyPAS roles. Flatpickr handles the schedule, the status machine keeps the signature pointers, and the Dept Head comes from HR or PKW. A driver who is not on the roster uploads a SIM photo. Master Data holds the vehicles, Highcharts shows status, and Home nudges whoever still owes an approval.

Ayat
Flowchart
Project Description
Built for a smart TV across the lobby: the adhan schedule, an aurora background, and content that updates while the screen stays up.
Key Features
- Smart TV aurora UI
- Websocket realtime content push
- Adhan schedule cron refresh
- Lobby-ready rotating ayat
The Story
The times and the ayat had to be right, and a USB stick every time the schedule changed was not going to keep the lobby screen honest.
My Approach
I built it for the smart TV. Cron refreshes the schedule, a websocket pushes the ayat, and the aurora layout stays readable from across the lobby without a redeploy every time the content changes.

Flowchart
Project Description
Admin imports question banks and enrolls faces; candidates verify identity, take exams with proctoring, and results are scored digitally. Tokens can be issued via WhatsApp (Fonnte).
Key Features
- InsightFace enroll / verify
- YOLO person-count proctor
- Fonnte WhatsApp exam tokens
- Cloudflare tunnel for public access
- Digital auto-scoring
- Violation pause / resume gate
The Story
The idea started from the psikotes app already used at PT Prakarsa Alam Segar. It worked for internal hiring, but I wanted a version that outsiders could take safely—with stronger identity checks and live anti-cheat—without opening the private company server to the public internet.
My Approach
I rebuilt the flow on React + Laravel + MySQL, then added server-side computer vision: InsightFace for face enrollment/verify and a YOLO agent for person-count proctoring during the exam. Because candidates are external while the inference host stays private, public access goes through a Cloudflare-tunneled domain. Exam tokens can be sent via WhatsApp (Fonnte), and scoring stays digital end-to-end.
